At Newton Baby, we want you and your baby to rest easy, which is why we offer a 100-night trial on our mattresses and a 30-day return window for all other nursery essentials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide free shipping on returns within the contiguous United States for a stress-free experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email address for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
